The Children and Families Initiative legislation specifies that the Wyoming Dept. of Family Services will develop a comprehensive plan for all Wyoming children and families, in collaboration with: Dept. of Health, Dept. of Workforce Services, Dept. of Employment, Dept. of Education, Dept. of Corrections, Wyoming Business Council, University of Wyoming, the tribes, the judiciary, and private agencies and businesses.
